The crew members that stayed inside during the morning, Ariadna Farres (Commander), Anna Bach (Executive Officer and resident artist), Estel Blay (Health and Safety Officer) and Helena Arians (Engineer), did their daily exercise routine to keep the crew fit. This is also part of one of the Human Factors projects led by Helena Arias.

In the afternoon the crew stayed inside the base, apart from working on their respective projects they took some time to talk about life and have some bonding time. They also took some time to film some outreach videos for the girl and women on science day.
