Part 1: Using the attached Safety Equipment Inventory, locate, test and confirm operation of all safety equipment. List any equipment not found and/or missing:

Part 1 complete. All equipment was found. Recommend including the first aid kit in the Science Dome in the inventory process.

Part 2: Locate and confirm the emergency escape routes in the Hab are functional and clear:

1. Stairs: The route is clear with makeshift functionality as noted below

2. Emergency window: Clear

3. Commander’s window: Clear

· 2/2 Eye Covering w/ means of attachment 2.9 sq. in.

· 1/1 Eye/Skin Wash 1 fl oz

· 1/1 First Aid Guide

· 6/6 Hand Sanitizer 1/32 oz

· 4/4 Medical Exam Gloves

· 1/1 Roller Bandage 2" x 4 yd

2nd and 3rd step of Lower Deck stairs in hab have been temporarily braced but still remain a safety issue.

Note any health/environmental issues:

There are some loose stones on the path. I am worried about a trip hazard. Recommend work party address the issues at the start of the next season.

Note any missing or recommended health and safety supplies:

I think the supplies are fantastic. The only item I might include is a neck brace for stabilizing fall injuries that we will hopefully never need.
