Summary of Science Dome operations: In the morning, Daniel spent time in the Science Dome. He made two 5 ml dilutions of the 5 different types of liquid media he brought with him. These were inoculated with 0.25 g of the two different types of soil samples collected yesterday on EVA 4 and placed in the incubator which is set at 37 C 99F to see if anything will grow. Bharti used the Science Dome for her literature review on her research project. Annalea used the Science Dome to make drawings of concretions for her project.
